Do I need to create an account to purchase?

Customers will be able to check out with a customer account or as a guest.

How do I create an account?

In your account, we store password-protected information about your identity, order history, and current order status. Customer details, such as address information, will be pre-filled from the stored information during checkout. Only one email address can be associated with a customer account at a time. You can change the account email address by contacting us.

Create a new Elaine's Fragrances customer account. Passwords must be a minimum of 6 characters long. Only characters from A-Z, and 0-9 are allowed. Enter the required information and watch your email for an account verification and activation email. When you create an account, we store password-protected information about your identity, order history, and current order status. Account details, such as shipping and billing information will be pre-filled from the stored information during checkout.

How do I change my account password?

To change your account password Login and click the "Forgot your password" link. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

How do I add shipping address information to my account?

Login. Click the "Add a New Address" button or click the link labeled "View addresses(?) and then click the "Add a New Address" button.

Enter your primary shipping address information. Set this address as Default by clicking the "Set as default address" checkbox. Click the "Add Address" button.

At checkout, the default address information automatically populates the billing section saving time when placing new orders. We also use the default address information to contact you regarding your account.

Add as many subsequent shipping addresses as required. Each address stored in your account is made available, through a drop-down list, for your selection at checkout. If you enter a new shipping address during the checkout process, the address will be saved in your account upon successful payment.

How do I update/delete shipping address Information in my account?

Login. Click the "Account Details" label to see your account summary which contains all addresses entered and order history, if any. Click the link labeled "View addresses(?). To add a new shipping address  click the "Add Address" button. Click either the "Edit" or "Delete" link of the address you wish to manage.

How do I place an order?

Find merchandise you want by using the menu links or the search feature located on top of every page. If you have not already logged in, click "Sign In" from the top menu and enter your login credentials. To place items in your shopping cart click "Add to Cart". Click "Continue Shopping" to find other products.

Pay using your PayPal Account

To purchase, using your PayPal account, click the "Buy Now" button to be safely and securely transferred to PayPal for payment. Login to PayPal and purchase using your PayPal account, credit or debit card or PayPal Credit. PayPal Credit is subject to consumer credit approval. Upon return from the PayPal website, click "Place Order" to complete your purchase.

Pay using your U.S. Bank Issued Credit or Debit Card  

To purchase, using your major U.S. bank issued credit card, click "View Cart" or click the Shopping Cart icon located on the main menu. Update quantities, remove items and estimate shipping costs.  Click "Checkout". Provide shipping, billing and payment information as well as discount codes. Click "Place Order" to complete your purchase"ELAINESFRAG" or "ELAINESFRAGRANCES" appears on your credit or debite card statement.

When will my order process?

Orders process Monday's - Friday's. Orders placed on Friday, after 12:00PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), may process next business day. Orders process next business day following U.S. national holidays.

How do I redeem a coupon?

To redeem a coupon, simply enter the coupon claim code during the checkout process. Coupons are redeemable for one time and one purchase only. Coupons valid for online orders only. Coupons are non-negotiable and non-transferable. Applies only to in stock items. Offer good while supplies last. If coupons are intentionally misused, it may result in an adjustment or cancellation of the bill or order. May not be combined with any other offer. Coupons, discounts and promotions can not be applied retroactively to previously placed orders.

Can my order be cancelled or updated once submitted?

Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once submitted through the shopping cart.

Can I ship my order using a freight carrier?

Orders that are large enough can be shipped using an independent freight company. Currently, we are unable to process these orders through our online systems. Please email support@glewilswholesale.com for consultation.

What happens if my order items are out of stock?

Our website stock information is updated frequently. Actual quantities may vary. There is a very small chance that all items ordered may not be available. We will email you to let you know that your order could not be completely filled, and issue an immediate and full refund. We do not back order. We work very hard to maintain a high in-stock rating. We'd strive to be 98% in stock at all times and apologize for any inconvenience.
